Chapter Eight Supplementary Provisions
Article 66
（Exclusions for real estate investment trusts and asset trusts）Article 6, paragraph 3, Article 16, Article 32, Article 36, paragraphs 1 to 3, and Article 52 of the Trust Act shall not apply to the REIT and REAT.
Article 67
（Enforcement rules）The Enforcement Rules of the Act shall be prescribed by the competent authority.
Article 68
（Implementation date）The Act shall come into force from the date of promulgation.
