| Article 45 |
（Membership in trade associations）Before commencing business, a Trust Enterprise shall join the Trust Association of the Republic of China. |
| Article 46 |
（Trade association management regulations）Regulations Governing the Administration of the Trust Association of the Republic of China shall be as prescribed by the Competent Authority. |
| Article 47 |
（Correction or dismissal of directors or supervisors for violation of laws）In the event that directors and supervisors of a Trust Association of the Republic of China violate acts and regulations by postponing implementation of the Articles of association or rules [of the Association], by abusing their authority, or by breaching bona fide principles, the Competent Authority may issue corrective measures orders or order the Trust Association of the Republic of China to discharge such person. |
