Regarding the user and contracted institution identity verification process and transaction amount limits, if an electronic payment institution does not meet the requirements of the provisions in Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 hereof, the institution shall make adjustments to become compliant within one year after these Regulations enter into force on July 1, 2021. |
