（Correction or dismissal of directors or supervisors for violation of laws）In the event that directors and supervisors of a Trust Enterprise Association violate acts and regulations by postponing implementation of the articles of association or rules [of the Association], by abusing their authority, or by breaching bona fide principles, the Competent Authority may issue corrective measures orders or order the Trust Enterprise Association to discharge such person. |
