| Article 66 |
（Exclusions for real estate investment trusts and asset trusts）Article 6, Paragraph 3, Article 16, Article 32, Article 36, Paragraphs 1 to 3, and Article 52 of the Trust Act shall not apply to the REIT and REAT. |
| Article 67 |
（Enforcement rules）The Enforcement Rules of the Act shall be prescribed by the competent authority. |
| Article 68 |
（Implementation date）The Act shall become effective as of the date of promulgation.
