1.A passenger or service personnel of a transportation vehicle who carries foreign currency into or out of the country in excess of US$10,000.00 or its equivalent shall declare it to Customs. The 28 February 1995 Public Announcement of the Ministry of Finance (Ref. Tai-Tsai-Rong-84706458) ceases to apply from this day onward.
2.This Order is issued pursuant to Article 11 of the Foreign Exchange Control Act. |
