Full text: Starting from July 1, 2006, all NTD general bank debentures, subordinated bank debentures and and equity-based bank debentures (THE TERM ‘EQUITY-BASED DEBENTURE” HAS BEEN USED BY FSC IN ITS EARLIER PRESS RELEASE. I THINK EQUITY-BASED SUFFICES TO DESCRIBE “涉及股權”) shall be issued in book-entry form without printing any physical certificate. The issuance, cancellation or redemption of such bank debentures shall be processed under the rules and procedures provided by the central securities depository. |
