Full text: 1. The phrase “disclosure channels prescribed by the competent authority” in Articles 39 and 41 of the Trust Enterprise Act refers to a trust enterprise adopting a combination of the following manners:
(1) Displaying the information at a prominent location in each business place of the trust enterprise for perusal; and
(2) Disclosing the information on the website of the Trust Association of R.O.C.
2. The letter of the Financial Supervisory Commission Ref. No. Jin-Kuan-Yin-(4)-Zi-No.0934000590 dated August 19, 2004 shall cease to apply, effective from this day. |
