Subject: Following the same practice for credit card and cash card business, financial institutions shall hold the sale of unsecured non-performing loans (consumer loans only) to asset management companies to facilitate the operation of Consumer Debt Negotiation Mechanism. This instruction does not apply to unsecured non-performing loans already sold under a contract prior to the promulgation of this instruction. |
