Article 7 of the “Regulations Governing Information to be Published in Annual Reports of Bills Finance Companies“

Article 7 The following items shall be compiled into the annual report of a bills finance company:
1. Message to shareholders.
2. Introduction to the bills finance company.
3. Corporate governance.
4. Fundraising overview: Handling of stock and dividend, corporate bonds, preferred stocks, employee stock options and acquisitions (including mergers, acquisitions, and splits), and implementation of plans for capital investment and utilization.
5. Operations overview.
6. Financial status.
7. Analysis of financial conditions and operating results, and risk management
8. Special items.
A bills finance company which is taken over by the competent authority shall compile an annual report on the basis of the important financial operation as of the printing date of the annual report.
