自 95 年 7 月 1 日起，銀行於國內發行新臺幣一般金融債券、次順位金融債券及募集發行涉及股權之金融債券，應採帳簿劃撥交付，不印製實體方式為之。發行或註銷時，應依證券集中保管事業相關規定辦理。
