Article 7 of the “Regulations Governing Information to be Published in the Annual Reports of Banks”
Article 7 The following items shall be compiled into the annual report of a bank:
1. Message to shareholders.
2. Introduction to the bank.
3. Corporate governance.
4. Fundraising overview: Handling of stock and dividend, financial bonds, preferred stocks, overseas depositary receipts, employee stock options and acquisitions (including mergers, acquisitions, and splits), and implementation of plans for capital investment and utilization.
5. Operations overview.
6. Financial status.
7. Analysis of financial conditions and operating results, and risk management
8. Special items.
A bank which is taken over by the competent authority shall compile an annual report on the basis of the important financial operation as of the printing date of the annual report.
