Article 7 of the “Regulations Governing Information to be Published in the Annual Reports of Credit Cooperatives”
Article 7 The following items shall be compiled into the annual report of a credit cooperative:
1. Business report.
2. Credit cooperative overview: It includes an introduction to the credit cooperative, organization, share and dividend.
3. Operations overview.
4. Implementation of plans for capital investment and utilization.
5. Financial status.
6. Analysis of financial conditions and operating results, and risk management.
7. Operation of internal management.
8. Special items.
A credit cooperative which is taken over by the competent authority shall compile an annual report on the basis of the important financial operation as of the printing date of the annual report.
