Article  118   
（Enforcement rules）
The enforcement rules of this Act shall be further prescribed by the competent authority.
Article  119   
（Implementation date）
This Act shall come into force from the date of promulgation.
If the translations of the texts differ from the original Chinese texts, the original texts are preferential.
