The powers and duties of the supervisors of a credit cooperative shall be governed, mutatis mutandis, by paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 218, Article 218-1 to paragraph 2 of Article 219, Articles 220 to 223, and225 of the Company Act. |

The regulation of credit cooperatives shall be governed, mutatis mutandis, by Articles 5 to 9, 11 to 17, 22 to 24, 26, 30 to 35, 36 to45, 48, 49, 51, 55 to 57, 62 to 69, 74 to 76, and 79 of the Banking Law. |
