Explanation:
1. Refer to the letter of Bankers Association of the Republic of China Ref. No. Quan-Shou-Xiao-Zi-1278 dated May 2, 2007.
2. Please disclose all standard form contracts below in the designated sections of your website in one month from the receipt of this letter, and update the content of your website when any of those standard form contracts undergoes addition or revision:
(1)Safe Deposit Box Rental Agreement, Checking Deposit Agreement.
(2) Application and Agreement on Negotiation / Collection of Foreign Exchange Bills, Outward Remittance Application.
(3)Standard Form Contract for Home Loan, Standard Form Contract for Auto Loan, Standard Form Contract for Unsecured Consumer Loan.
(4)Standard Form Contract for Credit Card, Standard Form Contract for Cash Card.
