1. Bills finance companies shall abide by the requirements and incorporate related guarantee conditions, credit limits, and other management measures set in the "Regulations Governing the Extension of Mortgage Loans by Financial Institutions " into the business regulations and manual of operations they established for guarantees extended through commercial papers in accordance with Item 12, Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1, and Paragraph 5, Article 8 of the "Implementation Rules of Internal Audit and Internal Control System of Financial Holding Companies and Banking Industries".
2. This Order shall become effective on the date of promulgation. |
