1.The entire 23 Articles were promulgated in accordance with (79) Tai-Cai-Rong Order No. 791256747 of the Ministry of Finance dated April 10, 1990.
2.Amendments to Article 22 were promulgated in accordance with (83) Tai-Cai-Rong Order No. 832401226 of the Ministry of Finance dated January 17, 1994.
3.Amendments to Article 16 were promulgated in accordance with (90) Tai-Cai-Rong (1)-Zi Order No. 90706113 of the Ministry of Finance dated May 15, 2001.
4.Amendments to Article 4 were promulgated in accordance with (90) Tai-Cai-Rong (1)-Zi Order No. 90708153 of the Ministry of Finance dated June 29, 2001.
5.Amendments to the entire 19 Articles were promulgated in accordance with Jin-Guan-Yin (5)-Zi Order No. 09650001510 of the Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan dated May 1, 2007, and came into force on the date of promulgation.
6.Amendments to Articles 4 and 5 were promulgated in accordance with Jin-Guan-Yin (1)-Zi Order No. 09710003500 of the Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan dated October 28, 2008.
7.Amendments to Articles 11 and 19 were promulgated in accordance with Jin-Guan-Fa-Zi Order No. 09800716240 of the Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan dated November 20, 2009; the provisions of Article 11, paragraph 1, subparagraph 2 came into force on November 23, 2009.
8.Amendments to Article 11 were promulgated in accordance with Jin-Guan-Fa-Zi Order No. 09900542800 of the Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan dated February 4, 2010.
9.Amendments to Articles 4 to 6, 8, 10 and 11, and the addition of Article 18-1 were promulgated in accordance with Jin-Guan-Yin-Kong-Zi Order No. 10702745620 of the Financial Supervisory Commission dated November 14, 2018.
10.Amendments to Article 18-1 were promulgated in accordance with Jin-Guan-Yin-Piao-Zi Order No. 11502717581 of the Financial Supervisory Commission dated June 30, 2026.
